1. No Refund on Digital Products

  • All purchases of classes, bundled packages, and export data are final and non-refundable.
  • Once the payment is confirmed and the class material is shared, we cannot process cancellations or refunds.

2. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

  • If your account is debited more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, or you are charged but do not receive confirmation, please contact us immediately.
  • Upon verification, the duplicate/failed transaction amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Incorrect Purchase
